# Votive Shard Mask

A hollow volcanic-glass mask lit from behind its own eye and mouth voids, its face broken by an octahedral fold that rotates itself each pass so the cracks run at every angle; it rests as a smooth plate and grows a pair of horns and then splits into a floating cage of shards as the spectrum brightens.
